Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then.   At all points the staff members were courteous, cheerful and helpful. The room was ideal for our needs. When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case).   Very nice staff. Rooms surprisingly roomy, big even when compared to US hotels. Breakfast was outstanding with multiple abundant choices. Excellent location with very close trnasportation options. The "apartment" was excellent for our family easily acoomodating the 4 of us.   The service was outstanding. It was like having our own personal trip planner for a day in Munich. The breakfast was amazing -- the best we had in Europe. The best comfort that we have stayed at so far.
