  At all points the staff members were courteous, cheerful and helpful. The room was ideal for our needs. When we thought we had lost an item, the staff took extra care to look for it and keep us informed (we found it later packed in a different case). The hotel is ideally situated for access to Munich's tourist attractions, to transport and to a... vad folk säger » huge range of dining options. - The room was modern, clearn and quiet on the 5th floor. The staff in the Breakfast room were always helpful and friendly. It was a perfect location from the main station and city centre. I'm sure that I when I'm in Munich, I will stay at your hotel again.

  Mycket bra and trevligt hotell, rent och välstädat. Trevlig personal - The entire hotel is very clean and very comfortable. All rooms have queen size bed. Shower is spacious. Breakfast is great and children ate free. Staff are very friendly. - Excellent value--this hotel chain would be my first choice when traveling with my family.

  The staff was very helpful and more than willing to make your stay in Munich enjoyable. We arrived very early in the morning; however, Sebastian was more than willing to help us find a bike tour of Munich and we were able to purchase a one-day tram pass at the hotel (the tram station is within 2 blocks of the hotel and the best way to get into dow... vad folk säger » ntown Munich). - Lovely historical building in quite location close to palace, close proximity to bus and trams and shops. The best, friendliest, helpful and knowledgeable staff of all hotels we have stayed in, clean room, free hotel pc internet, great breakfast, free carparking.

  location perfect. bags of charm. friendly. - Hotel Alcron is little and comfortable, well-isolated acoustically, in the very center of Munich, easy to reach from the airport since the train stops a few hundreds meters away.
