  The hotel is family-owned with the owners handling everything. The atmosphere is personal, people are extremely friendly, flexible and helpful. The room was large with several electricity outlets and a desk on which one can work. The bathroom is not super-modern, but functional. Everything is clean. Good coffee at breakfast. Public transportation ... vad folk säger » to city center possible; a taxi to the city center is about 8 Euro. - This is a friendly family run hotel in a quiet area near the Mosel. We loved the free cycle hire and think it's a great base. The food is superb and so is the wine! We think it was excellent value for money.

  We really love this hotel! As we arrived the hotel, we were greeted by friendly staff. The room was terrific! It was spacious with big bathroom and 2 full-sized beds. There were plenty of parking spaces and it is free of charge. There were 2 elevators which were quite large comparing with other hotels. The hotel itself even has good facilities. If - Don't be put off by the multi-coloured exterior, this hotel is lovely inside with all the facilities you would want. The staff were friendly and helpful. As it was pretty quiet the hotel automatically gave us a larger room than the one we booked - lots of space and a crisp, clean modern bathroom. Everything was smart and clean, good choice at breakfast, nice 30 minute stroll to Deutsche Ecke and the old town. We couldn't have asked for more at the price.

  Our room was very large and overlooked the river. The bathroom was also very large. The dinner in the restaurant was some of the best food we had during our three weeks in Europe. Additionally, the chef was very accommodating to food allergies and even took the time to speak with us personally. The rest of the staff was equally great.   Bra frukost - The staff was so nice, friendly and extremely helpful. In fact, we did not have room in the taxi and the hotel desk person drove half of us to the boat for our Rhein River Cruise!
