  This hotel is situated on the banks of the Rhine River and has a lovely balcony where guests sit out and enjoy drinks and light meals while gazing at all the passing river traffic. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and we were able to hire bikes from the hotel to use along the cycling tracks beside the river. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Koblenz. - The rooms were nice, the location great--we could see the Rhine from our windows, and a nice walk to the Deutches Eck. A few blocks away from the more crowded areas, which was a plus. We had a very spacious double room, with a little sitting area--a great value. Very nice breakfast in a dining room over looking the river. This is a very nice small hotel and I would recommend it to anybody passing through Koblenz.

  the helpfulness of the staff...very welcoming; the location and the cleanliness...also, after checkout, we were able to leave our luggage for a short while before the taxi came - Room was spacious, very comfortable. Small balcony with opening door was welcome as weather was warm. Staff very helpful. Bathroom very clean.

  The host and some staff spoke English. The room was a great value for the price. The restaurant food was very good. Close to tour boats. The view of the Rhine River from the restaurant is very nice. A very nice setting. - fantastic location and friendly staff

  The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful in every regard. On the day were leaving to catch an early train, the staff arranged for a packed lunch which was substantial and far beyond what we expected. The breakfast room was pleasant and breakfast was very good. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel could benefit from mentioning that there was a supermarket across the street as amenities like basic shops are difficult to locate in central Koblenz.   Location is good, within approx. 200m walking distance from the train station and similar distance to the city centre. Clean, air conditioned and good value for money. Good capuccino at the bar which is open 24 hours. Koblenz town is charming. We did not have breakfast so unable to comment. - 1.   A modern and clean hotel. Rooms are bright and tidy. Good breakfast. Great location, just on the right hand side opposite to the Hbf. Bus terminus outside the Hbf provides bus service to various tourist destinations on the Rhine. The Deutsche Eck and KD cruise pier no. 7 are both about 25 minutes walk away. Lovely hotel in walking distance to the old town, restaurants and shopping (especially important for family member not interested in F1 racing!)
