  The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful in every regard. On the day were leaving to catch an early train, the staff arranged for a packed lunch which was substantial and far beyond what we expected. The breakfast room was pleasant and breakfast was very good. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel could benefit from mentioning that there was a supermarket across the street as amenities like basic shops are difficult to locate in central Koblenz.
