  The front desk staff were excellent and very helpful in every regard. On the day were leaving to catch an early train, the staff arranged for a packed lunch which was substantial and far beyond what we expected. The breakfast room was pleasant and breakfast was very good. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel could benefit from mentioning that there was a supermarket across the street as amenities like basic shops are difficult to locate in central Koblenz.   Our room was very large and overlooked the river. The bathroom was also very large. The dinner in the restaurant was some of the best food we had during our three weeks in Europe. Additionally, the chef was very accommodating to food allergies and even took the time to speak with us personally. The rest of the staff was equally great.   Location is good, within approx. 200m walking distance from the train station and similar distance to the city centre. Clean, air conditioned and good value for money. Good capuccino at the bar which is open 24 hours. Koblenz town is charming. We did not have breakfast so unable to comment. - 1.   Bra frukost - The staff was so nice, friendly and extremely helpful. In fact, we did not have room in the taxi and the hotel desk person drove half of us to the boat for our Rhein River Cruise!   A modern and clean hotel. Rooms are bright and tidy. Good breakfast. Great location, just on the right hand side opposite to the Hbf. Bus terminus outside the Hbf provides bus service to various tourist destinations on the Rhine. The Deutsche Eck and KD cruise pier no. 7 are both about 25 minutes walk away. Lovely hotel in walking distance to the old town, restaurants and shopping (especially important for family member not interested in F1 racing!)
