  Very clean hotel close to city center, the metro is close to the hotel too. Till Belcour place is about 10 minutes. It is really 4 stars hotel. I think the hotel just after reparing. There is kitchen contents all needs for prepare breakfast or other meal, so you don't need pay over in restaurant, the supermarkets are close too. I can recommend it ... vad folk säger » to people that looking for good hotel for good price. - Very good room arrangement for suiting my family 4 of us. There is a big bed composed with 2 single bed and one comfortable sofa bed. Two rooms are partially separated with high loof. Brand new walls in the rooms, combination of white and rouge, gave us relaxed feeling after a long driving. Wooden floor and large windows are enriching entire atmosphere.

  It is not a usual hotel but kind of residention with pros an cons. Pros are: fully equipped kitchenette, very clean and stylish rooms, very good bathroom fixtures,convenient location not in the city center but no more than 20 min by public transport, coin laundry in the basement, decent wi-fi and since Sep-2013 it's free of charge.   This was a great place to get to see the sights, markets old Lyon. Plenty of small boulangerie and other shops to buy food items to prepare - (we booked a suite) instead of paying 10e for breakfast in the ding room. There is a large internationally styled shopping centre, (Confluence)including a supermarket and restaurants just one tram stop away ... vad folk säger » - an easy walk. It was also close to the large Perrache station with trains to other parts of France and Europe. It was however quiet at night. - The hotel is conveniently located in the Confluence neighbourhood, perfect if you access Lyon by car from south. Parking is easy to find outside the hotel and they also have a garage. Staff is wonderful and eager to help. Ophelie at check-in was kind enough to help us choosing the room. Breakfast was good and not expensive. Position for sightseeing is great, if you don't feel like driving there is a subway station just 5 minutes from the hotel. Will recommend it to anyone going to Lyon.

  Fantastic location, 5 minutes walk from the Gare Part Dieu (ideal for travellers from London via Eurostar). Extremely clean throughout, right down to the interior of the microwave and the utensils - one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Very comfortable bed. Although on this occasion I did not make much use of the kitchenette, it is a really useful facility, especially as th - Interesting concept, I am assuming some type of residences that are rented out during the year? Regardless, once we figured out the self check in with the card used for booking it was super easy and fairly good location to the train station. Very clean and full kitchens! Great prices as well for budget travelers but I wouldn't call it a budget stay, extremely roomy and comfortable.

  We stayed here for one night on our way back from the South and it turned out to be a great choice. Easy to find with its own (paid) parking directly underneath and good connections with the motorways and the city of Lyon. We had a 4 person appartment with kitchenette which was clean, modern and quiet, really just everything you would hope to find... vad folk säger » for a stay like ours, but could also imagone staying here longer for business purposes, etc. The staff are very friendly. We found great value for mo - Great, clean hotel very close to Lyon Congress Centre. It is very new (opened on February 2013), the rooms are very comfortable for 2-4 people.
