For my business trip, the location was perfect: close enough to the University of Bordeaux II Segalen. It was very easy to get there from the train station by the two trams (C and A) which goes through the old city. The tram stop is very close to the hotel.
The free breakfast was very good and the staff friendly.
The bedroom and bathroom were OK.

Overall we really liked our stay here. It's a very simple hotel, but has modern design, is well-maintained and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great, very complete. The location is quite good, it's in a calm part of the town (at least in August) and within walking distance to the center. The car park was also very convenient and reasonably priced. Having free gummies and water in our room, plus croissants and coffee, was a nice touch!

They accepted dogs and went out of their way to help us with items we needed for a 3 month old baby. The staff were very friendly and recommended a great restaurant which is what you need when you are only staying one night. Would definitely stay here again. -

Bra frukost, mycket trevlig personal, underbar utsikt dator som man fick låna gratis. Hotellet lågt mkt centralt bra gratis buss som gick runt i området.Nära strand och till affärer av olika slag. - Fick ställa in hyrda cyklar i cykelrum. Låg lite offside men hade gratis parkering i närheten

Located very close to station and trams. Immaculately clean, very pleasant bilingual staff, breakfast in bed and a well stocked mini bar, everything we needed for our one night stay. - Staff was supremely helpful. Room impeccably clean and neat. There was nothing we could have asked for that would have been better suited to our needs.

Location in the middle of Medoc - just down the road from Margaux - excellent for access to vineyards. Especially if you are on a bike. Not too far from Bordeaux.
Chateau is charming. The libarary wonderful with comfortable sofas for working (hopefully not necessary, but was in our case)

We stayed there twice as it was a good experience for us. Room was very clean and modern, staff was wonderful, liked the breakfast. Loved the room, air-con, good tv with many channels to keep the children happy, free parking, free wi-fi..one can't ask more. -
