Our favorite hotel while we were in France. The room was warm, but there were fans available, which helped to greatly cool down the room. Very charming and the location was perfectly located between where we were headed, Lascaux II and the rest of the beautiful village. Loved our stay here, would have liked to stay longer!! -

The staff really went out of their way to welcome us and their recommendations and local knowledge were second to none.
The room very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and to top it all the view was absolutely outstanding.

the staff was very friendly, the hotel is in a great location, although you need a car to move it isn't far from the city centre, no noyse at all, it was to fresh to swim but the pool was clean, amazing view from the room!

The staff is friendly although she speaks no English. We communicate in body language. The room is clean and comfort and is value for money. It is located near a main road north of Sarlet and it takes about 15 minutes drive to Sarlet. It is difficult to park a car in the town. So it is good to have free parking in this motel. It is convenient to drive to visit the areas around Sarlet.

We stayed for one night on our way up through France. Because we arrived at a time when the reception wasn't staffed, I had to ring the hotel for our room number and access code. The proximity to the chateau Beynac was fantastic, set in the old village at the foot of this awesome castle. The river Dordogne was only steps away and it was lovely having a meal in their restaurant which is right beside the river. The owner Natalie and her family were very friendly. We had dinner there and some great wines and local food on offer. The pool was also a welcome treat in the heat after a long journey.
We lost our dog whilst staying here for 6 hour (as he bolted due to a nearby electric fence) it was a nightmare for us, but Natalie and her father helped us look

The situation of Motel Grill Les Coursaux was perfect for us as we were visiting family who lived in the area. Staying at the motel was relaxing and peaceful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
