  Loved the beach/pool. Water was so warm you walk in no problem but it was still refreshing. Great service with air port transfers. Cleaners clean very thoroughly each day.   This is a clean, comfortable and central hotel in Bastia. It is easy to find by car and very close to the ferry wharf. Right in the city for exploring on foot. Reception is on the first floor and the rooms above with a lift for luggage. We were able to park outside by luck so didn't find out about the advertised parking. Wifi was very good in our room on the 2nd floor at the front and double glazing stopped all city noise. - Run by an extremely friendly and more than helpful Moroccan couple. Nothing was too much trouble. Always positive. Very clean and incredibly well-located to shopping and the ferry port. Highly recommended.

  We toured Corsica by car in early April, this hotel was our 2nd stop having first stayed in ‘La Pietra’ hotel on the wild peninsula of L’ile Rousse. Les Mouettes has charm and character; it was very clean and tastefully decorated. The fridge was really handy to stock up on the local Corsican rosé for aperitif and picnic suppl - Very attentive staff, discrete and professional. We arrived early, and staff when out of their way to make us feel at home: we were offered a room to shower and change, and showed to the small private beach where we relaxed until our room was ready. Our room was spacious, comfortable, with a great view of the gulf. All through our short stay, the staff proved friendly and helpful. A great first night in Corsica !
