  The room is clean and located centrally. It is right next to Tauzia tram station and a few minutes away from Gare St. Jean main train station, both pretty much get you to anywhere in Bordeaux and around. - This hotel was most adequate. We enjoyed our stay and all was fine. We only stayed the one night. Dave Hurley

  Pretty much everything though we did not eat at the hotel apart from a coffee and croissant in the morning so i would have to limit our comments in that regard - i think the location is probably what made the strongest impression with its panoramic view of the beach and promenade. - Fantastic location down-town Biarritz, splendid view on the ocea... vad folk säger » n.   For my business trip, the location was perfect: close enough to the University of Bordeaux II Segalen. It was very easy to get there from the train station by the two trams (C and A) which goes through the old city. The tram stop is very close to the hotel. The free breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were OK. ... vad folk säger » I liked the idea of keeping the towels for ecological reasons. The hotel is staffed 24h a day. - Overall we really liked our stay here. It's a very simple hotel, but has modern design, is well-maintained and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great, very complete. The location is quite good, it's in a calm part of the town (at least in August) and within walking distance to the center. The car park was also very convenient and reasonably priced. Having free gummies and water in our room, plus croissants and coffee, was a nice touch!

  The hotel is charming and well located to explore the city by foot. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable although not very big. We loved the Hermes toiletries and the macaroons at night. There was a lot of attention to details. Breakfast was delicious.   A fab place. Relaxed, homely feel with well maintained and well-designedrooms. Couldn't be better views of the sea -practically splashingdistance.   welcoming and helpful staff, excellent location and a moden clean luxuious hotel - we were able to book the hotel under a competitve offer otherwise I would have found it to be expensive - The room was really nice and big.
