Hyrde tre studios, små men fräscha. Fick byta ett rum till en stor våning med riktig säng till min rullstolsbundne son , men behöll ett rum med dusch där han kunde duscha .Behövde aldrig betala extra för detta. - Utsikten från hotellet, trevlig pool, bra parkeringsmöjligheter, nära till restauranger och den medeltida byn

The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen
is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to

Sensational service from the minute we arrived. Oliver and his team are very professional, helpful and offer tremendous value.
On-site parking is availalbe for a small fee (and presents a fun challenge getting down the driveway!).

Location is very good, especially if you have a car. The walk to the beach takes 2 minutes. Kitchenette is small, but functional, although we had only one teaspoon (knives and forks were sufficient). Bed was excellent.

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

We liked the helpful/friendly staff and the well designed accommodation with external roller shutters for added security; together with the swipe card access system.The swimming pool was an added bonus.Very laid back atmosphere all round. We stayed in Siam room - real Thailand in the heart of beautiful Nice.
Everything was charming. Owner and staff are very nice. The room is really small but the space is perfectly organized, equiped and designed with a lot of taste. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is fine. Location is perfect.
I wish every place I will stay in the future will have such a level of comfort!
