  The staff were super friendly upon arrival and were happy to show me three different apartments before I made my decision. The location is great for shopping, dining out and the beach. Secure underground parking on site. The benefit of having baby sleep in different room is just that litt - Perfect for us in all respects at the end of the marathon. Great location and well set up for five adults.Car park was a bonus in the middle of town.

  This really is a very nice hotel. The staff were charming and extremely helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean and quiet. The breakfasts were excellent and the restaurant does top end cuisine. The location was in the hills just outside Cagnes Sur Mer. The price was very reasonable.   Our stay was perfect. The hotel is quite small, so do not expect 24 hr room service or spa and a ipool. But the room size is perfect, large balcony ( seaside is strongly recommended), sound of waves even through closed baclcony doors, that's how close it is to the water. Plenty of things to do around there, if you have a car.   My stay was an utter delight from arrival to departure. The staff were a joy to meet and interact with, and very helpful at all times.   Spacious, clean rooms. Excellent views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Toilet was separate from the bathroom which was nice. They also offer a laundry service at a very reasonable price, a large load for €10. Very handy to bus stop and a number of shops including a supermarket. Handy to Nice, Monaco, Eze village and more. - Very pretty and spotless hotel, with beautiful views over the bay. We had a quadrupal room, which I worried may be too small with two teenagers, but there was no need to worry as the room was very spacious and partitioned into 2 sleeping areas each with their own shower and toilet facilities. The hotel owners and staff were very friendly and helpful, giving maps and tips on how to get about in the best manner.

  The location of the hotel is absolutely great : looking over the sea, sea across the road in 10 meters, beachers to the right ( 50m), castle and Picasso Museum - to the left - 200-300 m along the promenade with GREAT views. Sea viewing terraces are huge, beds are comfortable, - Being November and all, was still a nice setting and location. Just a shirt stroll to Antibes, market, and bars and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful with helping with my baggage and parking the car. My room didn't face the sea and was rather dark, but was very cleans and and oversized, like a small apartment. Fridge was stocked with drinks at very over inflated prices but hey that's France.
