What a wonderful place. All the staff were incredibly charming and helpful. The hotel isn't in St Paul but it's only 5 minutes walk (which is quite useful when working off dinner!). we stayed in room 18 which is a suite with a terrace and was a good sized, comfortable room and great to have a drink on the terrace. the general feel of the place is a relaxing hamlet. it was very peaceful. the service and general facilities are a good 3/4 star and not as stuffy as some 5star places are. parking is good and it is a ten minute walk to St. Paul but there is a good 'locals' restaurant 5 minutes away.

We loved the peaceful setting of this beautiful hotel, and the helpful friendliness of the family who own it. They welcome guests' pets, and have several of their own. The breakfasts are excellent, and the pool really prettily laid out. Our room, no 14, was large and comfortable, with a balcony looking out over fields and a vineyard. There is a 20 minute walk into the village for main meals, but this is via quiet roads....and downhill on the way there at least!

Very friendly place, 10 minutes from Nice. Apartment and swimming pool are clean. The historic part of Villeneuve-Loubet is small but pretty nice and an easy walk for having dinner or buying bread early morning. If you have a dog, there is a beautiful forest path close to the apartment to enjoy a nice walk. -

The hotel 7 min walk inside from the grand hotel has a great location and service! The owners Eugiene and Jean were extremely kind and lovely people who went out of their way to help us with everything. The french breakfast is also a very nice assortment. A very small hotel, but with 24 hour help. Very clean with the most modern of bathroom design and amenities. Our room on the 3rd floor was quiet, comfortable and overlooked the old city and a small pedestrian square. We were a short walk into the old city and the port. The hotel has free, reserved parking next to the hotel.

I liked the location very much! In an olive tree garden amongst villa residences in Cannes. It gives you a feeling you are at home with friends.....not in an impersonal hotel. The room had a sweet pleasant decoration. It was just relaxing! Walking distance to Croisette - not far away.
