This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement.
We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

The best view of Nice you can get in a private hotel. The bus from downtown stops directly in front of the hotel, so easy to get around.The owners are also travelers and know how to make your stay in Nice most enjoyable. The food is all fresh and prepared by the owners. We took dinner at the hotel both nights and would do it again.

The staff were wonderful. They saw we had a bottle of wine in our room and the next day we had two wine glasses to enjoy it. Having a balcony with a view of the area was a real treat. The room (Nina Simone) was beautifully decorated. The chef is a master; dinner in the hotel restaurant was amazing. -
