  Lovely old period villa with character. helpful staff, great with public transport directions, nice freshly baked bread and croissants in the morning. I ordered a take-away lunch one day and got a lovely fresh sandwich. - All the staff went out of their way to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were impressed.   The staff were wonderful. They saw we had a bottle of wine in our room and the next day we had two wine glasses to enjoy it. Having a balcony with a view of the area was a real treat. The room (Nina Simone) was beautifully decorated.   This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. As mentioned previously,the tram is just a few mins walk away and there is a sup - Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are of decent size, additional benefit is that the hotel is new. Parking place is available in the basement. We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.

  I'm not sure what the negatives reviews were all about. People's expectations must have been set too way too high. This hotel was precisely what we presumed it would be -- a fine affordable alternative. We had no problems with the rooms or cleanliness and no issue with the matter-of-fact handling (the staff was busy with other things too). As others have reported, the food in - The room was clean and the water was hot, so it is good value. The airconditioning was amazing! The food at the hotel was very good. Perfectly located in terms of public transportation. Beach was energy sapping 10 minute walk away, but a good experience nonetheless.

  Very efficient and friendly staff. A restaurant with rooms. Cuisine excellent. Best homemade pasta ever tasted! Charming village, close to bus station so easy to explore. Easy access to Monaco (Monaco Yacht Show my reason for going), Menton, Italy, with train nearby (very good value). Five minute walk from Carnoles train station, Les Plages bus stop with direct service on 110 to Nice Airport right outside. Directly on the beach with great views and sound of surf.   Easy access to all French Riviera. Free parking (enough places for all). Villeneuve Loubet village charm (also the small shops opened early in morning to buy food). Pizzeria (restaurant) on the other side of the hotel. - A beautiful hotel located in a small town near Nice is warmfull. The service is very good. You can get a warm welcome from them.

  It was amazing hotel with a great city view. We did not want to make a reservation near the beach that is why it was a great pleasure to stay there. For all travelers by car it has a great location and free parking in front. Please check the e-mail before arrival, owners will write you all information about entrance. Front desk is not working 24h ... vad folk säger » - it is written in the important info. - The best view of Nice you can get in a private hotel. The bus from downtown stops directly in front of the hotel, so easy to get around.The owners are also travelers and know how to make your stay in Nice most enjoyable. The food is all fresh and prepared by the owners. We took dinner at the hotel both nights and would do it again.
