  The staff were wonderful. They saw we had a bottle of wine in our room and the next day we had two wine glasses to enjoy it. Having a balcony with a view of the area was a real treat. The room (Nina Simone) was beautifully decorated.   I'm not sure what the negatives reviews were all about. People's expectations must have been set too way too high. This hotel was precisely what we presumed it would be -- a fine affordable alternative. We had no problems with the rooms or cleanliness and no issue with the matter-of-fact handling (the staff was busy with other things too). The hot... vad folk säger » el was within easy walking distance of the train station, the beach and right in the commercial mix of Cap d'Ail. As others have reported, the food in - The room was clean and the water was hot, so it is good value. The airconditioning was amazing! The food at the hotel was very good. Perfectly located in terms of public transportation. Beach was energy sapping 10 minute walk away, but a good experience nonetheless.

  Excellent position in the Center and very near the ski lifts.Few steps from ski room to the lift to the slopes. Made very welcome by staff. Excellent chef! Will book this hotel again soon.

  Very attractive building, unlike all the other concrete blocks. This has character. Nice view. Very friendly people. Easy access to Monaco (Monaco Yacht Show my reason for going), Menton, Italy, with train nearby (very good value). Although there's not much choice in nearby restaurants they were all good (The Piccadilly especially so). Overall go... vad folk säger » od value and very relaxed atmosphere. - Superb location. Five minute walk from Carnoles train station, Les Plages bus stop with direct service on 110 to Nice Airport right outside. Directly on the beach with great views and sound of surf. Furnishings modest, but functional. Reasonable rates compared to chain hotels nearby.
