  The setting is lovely - green and away from the bustle of Cannes but near enough to walk into Cannes (as long as you don't mind a bit of walk and can cope with a hill which we can).The pool, though not large, was great for our 12 year old who spent the mornings in it. Very green and relaxing. Charming old style décor. L - I liked the location very much! In an olive tree garden amongst villa residences in Cannes. It gives you a feeling you are at home with friends.....not in an impersonal hotel. The room had a sweet pleasant decoration. It was just relaxing! Walking distance to Croisette - not far away.   The location of the hotel is absolutely great : looking over the sea, sea across the road in 10 meters, beachers to the right ( 50m), castle and Picasso Museum - to the left - 200-300 m along the promenade with GREAT views. If you choose a suite with a sea view you will rewarded with the fantastic sun rises and views of the bay with boats .. free ... vad folk säger » parking you can find along the beach..boulangerie is 200 m along the road after the gas station. Sea viewing terraces are huge, beds are comfortable, - Being November and all, was still a nice setting and location. Just a shirt stroll to Antibes, market, and bars and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful with helping with my baggage and parking the car. My room didn't face the sea and was rather dark, but was very cleans and and oversized, like a small apartment. Fridge was stocked with drinks at very over inflated prices but hey that's France.

Right next to La Croisette beach, all of the shops and a big supermarket.
