  Excellent location. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the old town with its many bars and restaurants. It's a 10-15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals. Owner David was very friendly and gave us great tips for bars, restaurants and clubs. Wifi was fast and stable. Parking in a garage is some 300m from th... vad folk säger » e hotel and was reasonably priced, otherwise parking on the streets is difficult as it is max 2 hours. - What a great place to stay David and Nelya were very helpful, pleasant and great hosts. Near to beach and all amminities. We would recommend this small friendly hotel to anyone.We, John and Zoia, spent eight nights here and enjoyed every minute.

  This is definitely a hotel, that I would recommend. The location is very calm and yet you reach Nice and the other interesting places in the French Riviera with serveral minutes of driving.   Nicely decorated, esp bathroom, which includes an actual bath! Beautiful views from balcony. Good sized apartment for type. Friendly staff, who spoke some English. - Our apartment was clean,spacious, warm and well equipt.The views were beautiful and we were near the ski lifts and other facilities.
