  I liked the location of the hotel which was on the seafront with a beautiful view. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and the service was exceptional. The hotel itself was just fantastic. - ok

  The location is excellent, a five minute walk to the Old Port and Palais down through winding streets. The kitchenette is small but well supplied, the bathroom surprisingly spacious.   The staff were amongst the friendliest we came along whilst travelling through France recently. The location, being only one street away from the beach was perfect and the hotel is right in the middle of an area containing the best mix of bars, cafes and restaurants on the Cote d'zur. JLP was a perfect place to stay on the coast being in the middle and only a short wa - Villa d'Elsa was such a wonderful find! It was just gorgeous! The Reception staff were very helpful and attentive! The interior was so quirky and had every amenity required! It was immaculate with a beautiful bathroom and great bed! The location was awesome as well. Close to the beach and to so many great little cafes, bars and restaurants! Very Affordable and if we are lucky enough to go to Juan les Pins again it will definitely be where we stay! Thank you so much!

  The apartments are in good location, not far from the sea. The kitchen is clean and comfortable for cooking , clean bedding, so all you need to stay with small family (3 people).
