  The hotel is extremelly well located, just across the river from the historical center.The staff was very friendly, the hotel was very clean and the stone walls gave it a very authentic feel. Great cost-benefit hotel in Lyon if you are not looking to spend too much. No luxury, but very cozy. We loved the hotel, the staff could not have been nicer, friendlier or more helpful. Our room was quiet, peaceful and comfortable. We would definately stay here again. Breakfast was traditional French continental style breakfast; exactly what we wanted.

  We stayed for one night in this hotel on our way to French Alps. The hotel was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Family room we stayed in was very spacious, clean, beds very comfortable and a fabulous view of the river. Breakfast was delicious and had a huge variety of food. We would highly recommend this hotel. - It was very good hotel; however, it had couple problems hopefully they fix them. First, the A/C (air conditioning) was very poor, the room by midnight would turn warm & humid. Second, the internet connection in the room was little weak. Beside these two problems everything looked excellent, very spacious and clean. I would rate them 8 out of 10

  Location is really excellent! Between the rivers, just in the heart of the city. There was amazing view from my single room - Theatre des Celestins and the garden with flowers trees. The room size is quite good. The breakfast is simple, but traditional for France - baguette, croissant and jams. I was taken ill and lady from the reception gave me a... vad folk säger » cup of tea and called a doctor. - Location was terrific. Easy to walk to all the major tourist spots and shops. Several streets with lots of restaurants very near on both sides of the river. Staff very helpful. Great view of theatre - floodlit at night - from our room which was huge with traditional furnishings. We took breakfast which was handy and relaxing start to day and we thought good value.
