The hotel's location is excellent - major attractions within walking
distance. Our rooms ( looking over Place des Pyramides/Rue de Rivoli
) were spacious and spotless offering fine expansive views taking in the

Regina's staff were very friendly and accommodating helping to make
the stay there was most enjoyable. Am not able to comment on food at the
hotel as we ate out at all times.

The room's décor was most attractive. The bathroom was spotless, modern and most comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful throughout our four night stay with nothing being a bother. The staff were amazingly helpful in all ways. They helped us get around the city easily, gave good suggestions for meals and were always gracious and patient! The room was a bit small but outfitted with great storage, very cozy, comfortable and outfitted with little details. Very very clean! The view onto the terrace was so quaint and beautiful! We hope to go back someday!

The location is perfect and the hotel is very romantic. We came to Paris from Turkey for our wedding. Concierge (especially Christophe) helped a lot to us. Everything was perfect. Thanks to Pont Royal for this wonderful experience. We will come there again.

We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day.
