Excellent location for a Paris trip, beautifully decorated and equipped rooms which are sound proofed to a very high standard and have excellent black out curtains, bathrooms excellent too and staff very helpful. The restaurant attached to the hotel serves excellent food until late at night with very helpful and friendly staff. It's a 4 star hotel and deserves that rating for sure. The hotel was beautifully designed, the rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and the dining room/breakfast spot was wonderful. The staff was courteous and helpful, the location is the best in Paris and the rates are very reasonable.

The breakfast, the space is very small and the menu choices are not great(no fresh fruit?)Ecc. The in room drinks and food were too overpriced. Even there is a kettle in the room, no sufficient tea bags, coffee or hotchocolate. The shower should have been a stand up shower rather than a tub. It was manageable. food menu. Duvet on bed was only option and it was too hot for comfort. The staff are not helpful and a bit rude! Their attitudes do not make you feel that you stay in 5 star hotel. First of all am baying 1000€ for two smaaaal rooms and that wasnt the real problem the prblem that yesterday the lift stopped working for the whole day from the night of 1st day till the late night of the other and they ve only one lift one of my rooms was on th7th floor and they dudnt try to be seriouse in solving this ishue. For thd money I m paying I think it is really poor. Late check-in Poor breakfast. Its way over priced, they dont have any facilities what so ever, the staff is moody, and the hotel is not small its tiny, the room is Smurf room, the hotel is a joke, cola 8€, room service is a joke. No bell boy, its a mystery for me why people stay there.
