  The room was clean when we checked in and was cleaned during the days. All of the personel were helpful and was polite accept one. Quite nice location, not in the center but not to far away from the sights. - The helpfullness of one of the reception staff who served us breakfast before 7h00 which is the usual timing.

  The room was very clean, staff very friendly and good value for money. It is a very busy hotel, but has a fantastic location. Some people may say that the bathroom is small, but you are in Paris. If you need a spacious bathroom and bedroom, you have to go to a more expensive hotel.   The hotel was very nice and CLEAN! The room is not very big, but we spent the hole day in the city, so we were only sleeping there. Therefore the room was very comfortable.The staff was friendly and helpful.   I did not expect much from this hotel when I booked as I just needed a place close to Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord so that would be convenient for me to catch the trains to Strasbourg and Antwerp.
