  The room was clean when we checked in and was cleaned during the days. All of the personel were helpful and was polite accept one. Quite nice location, not in the center but not to far away from the sights. - The helpfullness of one of the reception staff who served us breakfast before 7h00 which is the usual timing.

  The room was very clean, staff very friendly and good value for money. It is a very busy hotel, but has a fantastic location. Some people may say that the bathroom is small, but you are in Paris. If you need a spacious bathroom and bedroom, you have to go to a more expensive hotel.   Toen we arriveerden was men niet in staat onze boeking te traceren, men bleef echter vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Na een 20 tal minuten kregen we alsnog een kamer toegewezen. - Centraal, vlakbij metro. Prijs was gunstig, badkamer en douche ok.

  The hotel was very nice and CLEAN! The room is not very big, but we spent the hole day in the city, so we were only sleeping there. Therefore the room was very comfortable.The staff was friendly and helpful. The sortiment for the breakfast was typical French, so we really liked it (croissants, baguette, 2 kind of cheese, jam ...).   I did not expect much from this hotel when I booked as I just needed a place close to Gare de L'est and Gare du Nord so that would be convenient for me to catch the trains to Strasbourg and Antwerp. When I got locked out from our suite with the new key which was a bit difficult to use, the housekeeping lady who happened to clean in th - Tutto/Everything Location just a few minutes walk from the subway. In a great area, close to canal St Martin where the French eat and hang out. Service The staff is friendly and useful. 24Hr service. Restaurant It was very busy at lunch. All locals. And that's because it is a very good restaurant. Design Both the restaurant and the hotel are pretty cool. Unique modern design. The room Nice size room and bathroom. No carpet. Clean. Very comfy bed. Lot's of beauty product. Coffee maker. And more.
