  Nice, small, recently renovated hotel in the center of Nice. The way to the sea and to the main station is about 10 min. The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. The beds were comfortable to have sweet dreams during the nights. The new window protects well from the outside noises. The AC works well.   We were travelling with our child and the hotel offered us an extra bed for him for free. We really appreciated this. It is clean, easy to find and in a great location. Despite being in the centre of the city's nightlife, it was very quiet. We had a great outlook. - It was a good clean well located hotel.   This was my first trip to Nice and also my first solo trip abroad. I was very impressed by the friendly manor in which the staff were towards me. Having read some of the reviews before; I did not have much problem with the internet connection, besides only a few drop outs, It worked really well.   Our stay at the Aria Hotel was absolutely excellent. From the minute we arrived, the staff (owners) were very, very friendly and helpful (providing us with a map and places to visit). The evening porters were always friendly and polite. Our room was spotless upon arrival, and was cleaned/re-stocked daily. The hotel is located very closely to t - Super location: It is in the direct line between the railway station and the beach. We can easily walk from the station to the hotel (5 minutes with a down hill) and then walk down to the beach (8 minutes maximum) to enjoy the beautiful sea view. A supermarket is just one block away. I highly recommend it if you want to use Nice as a base to travel to nearby cities like Cannes and Monaco by train.
