  The hotel is close to the station, about a 10 minute walk, which is really good. The hotel is simple, but since I used it basically to sleep, it was good. It helps if you know a little French. The lovely lady who helps run the Hotel is a Sweetie. It was very clean, comfy and tidy. Brilliant value being in the heart of Nice, Loved the old and new Nice . So close and convenient to the Metro Station, cafe's, shopping and the square was just alive with buskers and entertainment. And oh the Restaurants.

  The staff was always friendly, the facilities were always clean and the cleaning ladies did a good job. There were obviously fresh sheets put on the bed every day. The wifi access was as advertised, it was available in the lobby and the eating area and was reliable. The staff communicated in better English than I've ever experienced in a French hotel that hasn't been part of a major chain, and were happy to help with questions and with calling taxis, etc. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The wifi worked well. We enjoyed our stay there, and would consider going back.
