Really good hotel. The breakfast was my favorite so far with the budget hotels I've been in... really good value there! The location is VERY good as well. You just make a quick right out of the hotel and follow to the left Rue de la Republique-and you can basically walk everywhere. I am quite happy with the B & B! I would choose it over an

The room had everything we needed, a good size bed, a kitchen with everything to cook, and a great bathroom even with a clothe dryer. It was very clean and comfortable. Location was great if you travel in or out of the city at a late time, just across the train station, a bit far from the centre though (around 20-30 min walk). -

Everything you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Clean, friendly employees, felt very safe. We were just passing through, so the location was great as it's just across the street from the central train station, which also has the metro, so you can get to anywhere else in the city from there with a quick subway ride. -

Perfect Location & Value for Money. Both the old port and the train station are only a ten minute walk. Very nice and helpful staff. Clear and clean room. Free WIFI. The breakfast was fine as well, wide choice, fresh and yummy food. I would be happy to recommend this hotel. -

The double room with en suite was immaculately clean and it had a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff were lovely, very helpful. Internet access was free. The hotel is just across the road from the main train station (St Charles) and next door to the best patisserie in Marseilles. -

1. Design and freshness, room equipment. The building was renovated. Everything is fresh and rooms are small, but not seems so a cause of smart design. Teapot helps save money for breakfast and supper. Towel electric heater helps to use fresh towel on the beach everyday.

The hotel was very comfortable and centrally located. The staff was great as well as the breakfast. Lovely room, very comfortable, yet on the small side, but all that was needed. My room was extremely quiet, did not hear anything at all, perhaps because I was on the top floor. Was surprised that it was so quiet because I was on the front side of the hotel on a very busy street

The HM hotel is an excellent choice to those are going to Marseille. It is close (walking distance) to the train station and much of the turistic points in Marseille, as well as to the Old Port, where the ferry boats depart to the small islands that can be seen from the city (and deserves a visit of 1 day of full walking).
