  This is a very nice hotel! The location is great, 2 mins walk to Champs Elysees. Rooms are clean and nice. Customer service and reception - exceptional! We arrived to the hotel at 11 a.m. and were provided with a room straight away, although the check-in time is 15.00. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers and will stay there again during my next trip to Paris. - The Hotel Monna Lisa Champs Elysees is in an excellent location for exploring, we were very well looked after and nothing seemed like too much trouble for the staff who were always cheerful and friendly.   A well decorated hotel which seems like a boutique hotel rather than a city hotel! Our executive room was on first floor ( no 101) was rather small but really elegance and modern also! Great location, really close to the sightseeings !   Clean well air conditioned triple room. Loved the decor and the hotel lay out. It's worth noting it is in fact Hotel Chateaubriand, not Romancier anymore. The hotel is a typical french hotel with its elite decoration. I like the decoration a lot. Also the breakfast was excellent. It was the best breakfast for me in whole Europe. You can find several kinds of cheese, butter, bread, jams,etc.. So they do not offer you only croissant .. It was delicious. The staff was very kind and friendly. So I love the hotel very much..   The staffs were very helpful. We booked the room months before and whatever questions we had about the area (from where to park etc) they responded very quickly. It's a charming little hotel with chic restos and cafes nearby. The room is small but clean, and they welcomed us with a tin of freshly baked cookies on the bed. Very cute! The location is also great, only short walking distance to the eiffel. - The interior design, the location in the lovely 7th arrondissement, the nice brasserie downstairs. All very charming and very "contemporary parisian" like anything else bearing the Costes name. High quality toiletries. Espresso machine in the room a very nice touch - by the way we were upgraded to a superior room which was of course much appreciated. Friendly and professional staff. Full marks, merci beaucoup!

  the staff was very nice...eventhough i was very picky they were very hejpful and especially isabelle who was excellent and very professional. - Very helpful staff. Not fancy, but clean and nice; bathroom was adapted to satisfy American tastes. Good value.
