Everything was perfect. The owners / managers know all the gerat spotsto eat and to visit in Biarritz and have been very helpful to arrangethe "must see" and "must do" for us. staff were very friendly and the cost was excellent - the rooms were large and clean upon arrival. excellent all round - very nice room with lovely outlook. nice and quiet and close to everything. amazing customer service when dealt with politely. dont let the tacky exterior of the building stop you from using this hotel! really nice local grocer,

Pretty much everything though we did not eat at the hotel apart from a coffee and croissant in the morning so i would have to limit our comments in that regard - i think the location is probably what made the strongest impression with its panoramic view of the beach and promenade. -

The garden was great. The sculpture added a nice touch. The designer touches were evident everywhere, but suitably under-stated. The staff were warm and friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey by English standards, but was actually excellent value compared to other places we tried in Biarritz and environs. -

Everything was great, the room and bathroom were refurbished, very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very nice. 5min walk to the beach so very handy. Would go back anytime, can fully recommend this hotel - Friendly and very helpful staff - almost all spoke English; no parking spaces on the street so booking the hotel

We love the location by the small beach and the convenience to bars and restaurants. The rooms are tiny but always super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is now available onsite but we venture out to the local cafe instead.

The reception/managers were very obliging and couldn't have been more helpful - always cheery and positive - were prepared to spend the time to make sure we understood.
