Everything was perfect. The owners / managers know all the gerat spotsto eat and to visit in Biarritz and have been very helpful to arrangethe "must see" and "must do" for us. Perfect value. - We stayed at the Mirano in Dec, it was quiet at that time but it had a lovely atmosphere there.The owners made us feel at home, and as we were travelling with our pet it was not a problem, we got a ground floor room with access at the side, which was brilliant.We really enjoyed our stay,well done guys, we'll be back, Con and Mary, Co Cork, Ireland.

staff were very friendly and the cost was excellent - the rooms were large and clean upon arrival. excellent all round - very nice room with lovely outlook. nice and quiet and close to everything. amazing customer service when dealt with politely. dont let the tacky exterior of the building stop you from using this hotel! really nice local grocer,

Pretty much everything though we did not eat at the hotel apart from a coffee and croissant in the morning so i would have to limit our comments in that regard - i think the location is probably what made the strongest impression with its panoramic view of the beach and promenade. -

The garden was great. The sculpture added a nice touch. The designer touches were evident everywhere, but suitably under-stated. The staff were warm and friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey by English standards, but was actually excellent value compared to other places we tried in Biarritz and environs. -

Everything was great, the room and bathroom were refurbished, very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very nice. 5min walk to the beach so very handy. We love the location by the small beach and the convenience to bars and restaurants. The rooms are tiny but always super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is now available onsite but we venture out to the local cafe instead.
