  Staff was very accomodating. Since there is no elevator, and I was staying for just one night traveling with a heavy suitcase following a business trip, I was offered a room on a lower floor and the staff carried my bag to the room. They provided a map of the city and directions to local sites.   This was an ideal apartment for our short stay in Biarritz. It is great for exploring the surrounding area but you need a car.
