Staff was very accomodating. Since there is no elevator, and I was staying for just one night traveling with a heavy suitcase following a business trip, I was offered a room on a lower floor and the staff carried my bag to the room. They provided a map of the city and directions to local sites. The hotel really merits its inclusion in the Charmi

The room was clean, staff friendly, and it was close to everything. Very quiet, great water pressure in the shower, and the whole place smells lovely (of lavender). A very nice experience.

Spotless, spacious comfortable accommodation together with well trained professional staff made this the ideal spot for a weekend break in Biarritz. Our room (505) had a view of the sea and the lighthouse.

It was our honeymoon and the roo.s didn't disappoint! We got a free upgrade to a seaside view because it was our honeymoon! The rooms were lovely, ac was brilliant and the staff were great. Parking us right next door for €15 a day. Great location, minutes walk from the beach and brilliant views

Everything was great, the room and bathroom were refurbished, very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very nice. 5min walk to the beach so very handy. Would go back anytime, can fully recommend this hotel - Friendly and very helpful staff - almost all spoke English; no parking spaces on the street so booking the hotel

This was an ideal apartment for our short stay in Biarritz. It is great for exploring the surrounding area but you need a car. We chose a room with a sea view which was well worth the extra money (€24 total for 4 nights) The rooms were comfortable enough and in the summer the balcony would offer a good outside area for eating and relaxing. -

... τι λέει ο κόσμος » tayed in the studio, the bed (fold-out couch) was comfortable, good size room, well-equipped kitchenette, easy walk to Cote de Basque, pool, tennis, putt putt. We had a car so we drove into town and parking fees in town were very reasonable. The Residence Mer et Golf Eugenie provide free, secure parking.

staff were very friendly and the cost was excellent - the rooms were large and clean upon arrival. excellent all round - very nice room with lovely outlook. nice and quiet and close to everything. amazing customer service when dealt with politely. dont let the tacky exterior of the building stop you from using this hotel! really nice local grocer,
