Perfect value. - We stayed at the Mirano in Dec, it was quiet at that time but it had a lovely atmosphere there.The owners made us feel at home, and as we were travelling with our pet it was not a problem, we got a ground floor room with access at the side, which was brilliant.We really enjoyed our stay,well done guys, we'll be back, Con and Mary, Co Cork, Ireland.

Lovely comfy bed. The hotel was small but in a great location in town, quiet but central. Nice courtyard but we didn't use it. Took breakfast in local cafes instead. -
Very friendly staff, who could not do enough to assist where required; far beyond the call of duty!

staff were very friendly and the cost was excellent - the rooms were large and clean upon arrival. excellent all round - very nice room with lovely outlook. nice and quiet and close to everything. amazing customer service when dealt with politely. dont let the tacky exterior of the building stop you from using this hotel! really nice local grocer,

Pretty much everything though we did not eat at the hotel apart from a coffee and croissant in the morning so i would have to limit our comments in that regard - i think the location is probably what made the strongest impression with its panoramic view of the beach and promenade. -

The garden was great. The sculpture added a nice touch. The designer touches were evident everywhere, but suitably under-stated. The staff were warm and friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast seemed a bit pricey by English standards, but was actually excellent value compared to other places we tried in Biarritz and environs. -

This was a really nice suprise. An amazing view of the ocean from the room and a very trendy hotel design. The walk through a nice small street to the beach and shops was the perfect distance.
