  Lovely apartments - very comfortable. Staff wonderful - so helpful and friendly. Meals available in the evening - served in covered outdoor area - really relaxing and good value. Excellent location for national park - very close to quiet P3 entrance so no queueing. Stock up any food you want in the - Absolutely everything!The rooms are beautiful,spacious.Gardens are so well kept.Staff are amazing & we had so much fun with Josko & his wife,he cooked us an amazing dinner & shared some lovely Rukija(honey brandy) with us. For young & old as my mom and her friend loved it too.We're in our late 20's and 30's. Close to the prettiest & biggest waterfall. Stunning value for money and beauty!!!

  The owner is incredibly hospitable. We've never had better service at any place we've stayed. They helped carry our luggage in, brought us beverages, catered to our two young children, gave us great directions for hiking to the waterfall (it's in the perfect location!!). He even let us borrow some local currency from him until we could get to an A... vad folk säger » TM ... very impressed with the owner. They offered to make us dinner for when we returned from the hike, but we opted to eat on the trail instead ... - We(couple) stayed at the studio which is well equipped. Miro and his family are very nice, he guided us well about the area and routes of plitvice. We really like the dinner(extra payment) especially the risotto - better than restaurant. The place is very close to the P3 parking so you can walk there or park your car free(in entrance 2 the parking is 7 kuna/h) near the area of P3 and start the route early to avoid the crowded hours.

  Breza located in a very picturesque area near the big lake and waterfall. To get there you definitely need a car, better with a gps navigation, or have a transfer arranged for you.   I really couldn't imagine staying anywhere else, for a visit to this part of Croatia. I hope they keep up with the positive trend and once it is all finished, it will be even more special. The rooms are very charming and cosy and the decor is excellent. The bathrooms are very nice and modern but still very rustic. The breakfast was very good.   The rooms were lovely, it is clearly a new building, the furniture was good quality and the room was really clean. The breakfast was good, typical of other breakfasts we had in Croatia. The location was fantastic for the park, one of the park entrances is about 150m from the lodge, and its a 5-10 minute walk down to the lakeside and access to wa... vad folk säger » lks and to the boat which crosses the lake. The Lodge is located close to a good restaurant, Ethno Restaurant - highly recommended, although be warne - Newly opened Lodge with a lovely family atmosphere. The owner Ivan and his mother are doing everything as they find their feet after just opening - give them a bit of time to get over little teething problems and I'm sure that they will have a thriving business. The location is PERFECT and a stones throw from the lakes. They don't serve food, but dinner was only a short walk to another lodge for a beautiful meal.   This is very pictural place with cozy garden and cozy room. There are some viewpoints in few steps from the house. From these viewpoints you can see very nice pictures of the lakes and some waterfalls. We were greeted with homemade plum brandy and juice when we arrived. Our room was clean and comfortable...very interesting that they heat the water with a fire.   We greatly enjoyed our stay at Villa Lika the night before we hiked through Plitvice National Park. Eva and Ante, two of the employees, were absolutely fantastic - Eva checked us in and was happy to help us carry our luggage up a few flights of stairs to our room. The Mixed Meat was fantastic and the Goulash was pretty good - The hotel is like 50m from a local bus station and 20-30 min walk to the entrance of the Plitvice Lake National Park, making it fairly well located for its price. The young girl who works there (no, though the 3 women there may look like 3 generations of a family to some, but they're not) is such a dear, she would go out of her way to accommodate guests' need and tried to chat up with all guests using different languages.   Staff (mum and dad) basic English but their sun speak good English. Drove us to the nearest store for food, Korana (swimming) and Plitvice Lakes National Park ( around 7:30) for free. There is a route to big waterfall (free entrance to the park - however, ferry and buses cannot access for free) and its about 1 hour 30 mins walk. Close to Korana wh... vad folk säger » ere we can swim!!! - Such a warm welcome from the owner, who did absolutely everything to make us feel at home. The house is very clean, and the rooms are very convenient, so is the big bathroom. Breakfast is a good value and a great start for a day at Plitvice NP, which is located 5 minutes from the guesthouse. Excellent value for money!
