  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot tub. Cookies were fab! - Clean hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, and a great value for the money when prepaying.   We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. We accept that problems happen, but the reception staff handling these issues at the time were poor, showing no regard for the frustration of customers waiting to check-in.   The spacious room & the meal was very good. The comfy king size bed, I would stay @ the Ramada just for the perfect sleep. Big pool (although we didn't use it). Well landscaped & clean.   One of the quietest rooms I have ever stayed in. Great beds and very spacious. I will stay again for a late arrival into Ottawa as the price was less yet a better hotel than the others that I have stayed at in the past. - very helpful staff, check in was quick!   location was good, it was great to have the kitchen facilities and the washing machine on our city trip. The pool was great and the views from the apartment were gorgeous. The train station is only 10 minutes walk away and Square one shopping centre is also 10 minutes walk away. Included pots, pans, plates, and utensils for the kitchen. Now that I have done a stay in an apartment like this I have a better idea of extra stuff to take and would definitely rent this room or one like it in the future.

  We stayed there because we have a child with a food allergy and I needed to be able to prepare meals. I was very impressed with the items provided in the kitchen: plates, bowls, silverware, serving bowls with lids, minimal cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, skillet, sauce pan, bigger pan, dish cloth and towel. The staff was extreme - To be honest, we didn't check in until later in the evening, so we didn't get a chance to use any of the facilities. But the staff were super courteous and very accomidating. Our room was very comfortable. We were a family of three senior sisters and our very elderly dad (90 yrs). Dad was very impressed with the fact that he had his own bedroom and bath!! It really was lovely. Thank you so much.
