  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot tub. Cookies were fab! - Clean hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, and a great value for the money when prepaying.   We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. We accept that problems happen, but the reception staff handling these issues at the time were poor, showing no regard for the frustration of customers waiting to check-in.   I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities.   We had a wonderful stay and we will definately go again. The staff were delightful and very helpful in assisting with any of our needs.While some of the staff were relatively new they still went out of their way to answer any of our questions and to assist us with finding different locations in the area.Our food was delicious and we enjoyed oursel... vad folk säger » ves immensly.   I liked the location. We were going out to Estaire so it was easy to visit a restaurant and get out of town. I appreciated having a non- smoking room pet room. In the past we non-smokers with pets were forced to take smoker rooms.
