  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot tub. Cookies were fab! - Clean hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, and a great value for the money when prepaying.   We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. We accept that problems happen, but the reception staff handling these issues at the time were poor, showing no regard for the frustration of customers waiting to check-in.   I really loved the setting---the lobby which led out to a series of pools----the site up on the mountain---the availability of the beach and all the activities.   My sister and I have stayed at Hilton Suites many times and have never been disappointed. On a recent stay we had a concern with the room we had booked and Bobby Ali the Manager on Duty quickly resolved our issue and we enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel.   Staff were very informative and helpful. Conceige desk was so very helpful and we had everything we needed on time as requested. We booked a rental car and they had it delivered exactly at the time we asked. Great location on the lake, lakeview was amazing! - The staff were couteous and thiughtful and always very helpful.   The hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special. My husband made some requests because we were staying for our 44th anniversary, and the hotel staff went beyond what he requested.   Stunning!! The room was of the highest quality and overlooked the falls which are truly exceptional, awe inspiring and mesmerizing. Loads to do in the vicinity. Bought an 'Adventure Pass' to 'Behind the Falls', 'Niagara Fury', 'White Water Walk' and of course, the 'Maid of the Mist' boat ride to the heart of the falls. Noticed there was lots of family attrac - Best hotel ever! It is worth the money even though there are many other options available within the city. Staff very friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my bills but the manager resolved it quickly! They've got their reputation. The view from 21st floor is amazing!! Can't get any better! I will definitely stay here if I ever go to Niagara fall for my next trip!! The location is perfect! Maybe the best in the city.
