  The room size was great and a very large bathroom. Bathroom and pool towels were huge! Comfortable bed and though close to the airport, wasn't kept awake by the faint noise. Very relaxing pool and hot tub. Cookies were fab! - Clean hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, and a great value for the money when prepaying.   We arrived around 2.30pm but had to wait 40 minutes to get checked-in. There weren't enough staff initially, then the computer system crashed. We accept that problems happen, but the reception staff handling these issues at the time were poor, showing no regard for the frustration of customers waiting to check-in.   The hotel was clean looked good on the outside and inside. The rooms were clean and it was good to have laminate floors. It was good that there was a pool, workout room and a place to eat.   The hotel staff went out of their way to make our visit special. My husband made some requests because we were staying for our 44th anniversary, and the hotel staff went beyond what he requested.   The best experience we had on quick get away, 2 pools and hot tub are lots of fun, they are clean and appealing. Hot breakfast is the other factor makes this hotel unique, I will give 5 stars. - The whole ambience of the place. Very welcoming and professional.
