The staff at this hotel were some of the nicest I've ever experienced. Also the location of the hotel was amazing. 2 short blocks to STephen Ave, the bustling street of shops and restaurants made it ideal. Ask for executive rooms on the tird floor that open on to the pool. Perfect!!! -
Very close to C-train, fantastic if you are here on business.

Awesome staff, very friendly and accommodating. The fellow from the
restaurant informed us that he wasn't open for business for another
hour and a half, but when he noticed how hungry we were, he took pity on
us and served a wonderful pizza. -

The view from the hot tub and warm pool. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The condo was lovely too! The kitchenette was a great thing to have to cook our own food and the BBQ was very nice to use. The inexpensive long distance phone fee was awesome as was the free parking and free shuttle bus into Banff (not to mention the free coffee and hot chocolate in the lounge/lobby all day)

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff were very accomodating, friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. The facility was neat and tidy always and very clean. The rooms are very well kept and the fridge, microwave and coffee pot are always super to have. I would definitely tell our friends to stay at your hotel rather than anywhere else. -

Our family enjoyed the hotel experience. We were only 20 min. drive from W.E. Mall (a very scenic drive). Buffet breakfast was good (included) and the staff were friendly and helpful. You would be a fool to stay anywhere else and pay more money.

Good location. We did some hikes in the area with the trailhead s only 10 minutes driving away. Very quiet. Perfect for star gazing and night photography. Very clean. The lodge was very cozy. Loved Jasper House Bungalows highly recommend a stay here. Just out of Jasper we were fortunate to get a cabin on the river. Elk came through on the first night and being Aussies we enjoyed the squirrels being about. The restaurant was fabulous and the staff super friendly. Do yourself a favour and enjoy a stay. Not far out of Jasper but far enough you have peace and tranquillity. Loved it.

We stayed in the new addition - the beds were very comfortable; the room layout was excellent - having the fridge and microwave separated by a wall with a window that let natural light into a corner that otherwise could have been very dark; glassware and pottery mugs were provided instead of plastic; the breakfast provided was better than expected - not just day old muffins and apples; the wait staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

It deserve more than 3 stars.
There is superstore and McDonald 24hrs across the street.
There is bus station in front of Tommy Romans just few meters away from the hotel. You can take bus 6 or 80 to reach southgate centre and metro station to take you to the downtown.
