  Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! The breakfast is an open buffet, delicious and with lots of choice! 2 restaurants in the hotel, very... vad folk säger » good, with good gastronomy. Location is good and quiet, but 8km from Lake Louise, so car needed! - The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask for the new part.

  Good location. We did some hikes in the area with the trailhead s only 10 minutes driving away. Very quiet. Perfect for star gazing and night photography. Very clean. The lodge was very cozy. We enjoyed it very much. Hiking maps in the sitting area, which was very helpful since I forgot my own map. - Location Location, absolutely beautiful area a... vad folk säger » nd nice and quiet. Not too far from Lake Louise. We had a fantastic stay, breakfast can improve my egg tasted and smelled like fish oil, but dinner was good, staff helpful and friendly.

  Good room set up for friends travelling together - the two queen bed room was almost like a two bedroom - allowed for privacy. Would also work well for a couple with little kids - two TVs so kids could be in bed and adults could still be up. Liked that they used LED pot lights. The breakfast was continental plus - great selection. Hot Tubs seemed ... vad folk säger » very popular.They had a laundry - nice if you're travelling. - The location is right in the heart of Banff. The friendly reception staff upgraded my room to a suite at no additional charge because of construction at the rear of the building and without a complaint or request from me. Free internet in the lobby and free parking at the rear of the property. Breakfast was the usual continental one but service was with a smile.

  The design of this accommodation was great. We travelled with an adult child and his partner so the bedrooms separated by bathroom and kitchen area was ideal. Everything required was supplied and included some cereal and energy bars. A nice touch was brewed coffee supplied in the office area each morning. - Beautiful setting; friendly, helpful ... vad folk säger » staff;. We stayed in the lodge on 2nd floor. Lovely view from balcony. Separate bedroom, kitchen, coich, fireplace. We loved it and highly recommend it. 2 minute drive to Lake Louise. Stayed 2 nights but next time plan to stay a week.
