Everything is good! The staff is perfect, very kind and very helpful. The hotel is super great, very clean, the rooms are super spacious and beautiful, and we booked for a simple standard room, and when we arrived, we were upgraded to Queen Room ! The hotel is very nice and well located! People working there is very
nice. You have to ask for new rooms. When we got there they gave us the
key of an old one and it was awfull. No fridge, old tv'S... So we
asked for an upgrade. Then the room was much nicer, but we had to pay
extra money fot that. It looks like 2 different hotels, you have to ask
for the new part.

I liked the staff at the front desk. They were very polite and very helpful. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, bath gel and lotion. There were 3 of us in the room and we didn't have to worry about running out. Loved the rooms poolside.. I received a tray of fruit and crackers and cheese, this was very nice and unexpected! Made us feel great! The pool was super and the beds so comfortable! -

Loved the setting within the mountains.
Great Skiing. great resturants, spent alot of time in Woody's Taphouse to avoid all the children. we will definitly stay again just not on a long weekend to avoid so many children. -

Your hotel came highly recommended by a friend who was married there in sept of last year.We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure be back. The price of the room made it much easier for us to enjoy our weekend getaway and all the staff were so friendly. It is a beautiful hotel and we are considering having our wedding there when we set a date.

The inn had good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. A choice of three
restaurants, with an indoor courtyard and a very interesting fireplace
in the middle. We used the laundry facilities, but did not get around to
the spa - there were no prices for the spa in the information in the
room. Last day on checkout there were two Elk across the street!

It was very nice, the staff were excellent - The spa/pool area is an ideal place to ease the aches from a day on the slopes. Also the Keg restaurant does good steaks and is a popular place to eat.

The facilites were fabuluous and the staff was very accomodating. The location was perfect since our trip centered around Banff and Lake Louise. Staying in Canmore was more afforadble and allowed us to sightsee a bit more on the way to our destinations. -

restaurant was good and staff was excellent - We really enjoyed our stay and the closeness to all areas. The staff were wonderful, especially when we had a concern about the heat in our room, and the coffee machine was replaced quickly when discovered not working.

The room was comfortable with easily adjustable climate control, and window was very well sound-proofed, so you could not hear traffic noise. Fridge and microwave provided. Breakfast includes hot items. The attached Sawmill restaurant has excellent steaks. -
