  What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!! Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!! There were renovations going on ... vad folk säger » whilst we stayed there and some scaffolding over our window (inevitable in an old building which must be maintained) but they kindly gave us a complie - sheets on comforter so I feel clean in room--this is critically important recycling in room warm pool friendly check-in competent concierge gorgeous facility warm pool!!!! LOVED this! Would have stayed elsewhere if you had not had it. water and fruit at pool nice shampoos beautiful room

  Läget, gångavstånd till sevärdegheter i gamla stan - The hotel isn't too big, so we felt everything had a personal touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and although they all speak English, they appreciated our (very poor) attempts at French.We ate often in the Saint James, and enjoyed the food and atmosphere there, as well as the frien... vad folk säger » dly and efficient staff. Our room had recently been renovated and was really nice. - The location was excellent, certainly what your website stated. I tend to rely on other visitor comments and found them to be very helpful. I do not have one negative thing to say about the stay and the staff were very friendly and after a long night of travelling accomodated us immediately with a room, which was a very pleasant surprise.

  The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!

  Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time . And location can ... vad folk säger » not be better ! - We like the location next to the restaurants of the Grande Allée, walking distance from the old Québec. We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too. The view on the old Québec.
