  Jean Francois was an amazing host - told us about authentic Quebecois sites. Wish I was just a tourist and had more time - definitely coming back! - Rooms were very nice. Very clean. JeanFrancois very helpful in recommending restaurants.

  Warm,friendly, helpful staff that were understandably proud of their lovely city. So appreciative of the folks at the Front Desk. Their tips on scheduling enabled us to catch wonderful outdoor performances that we would have missed if we hadn't known to make a point of seeing them on our first day of arrival. - Everything!   The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! - The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

  The room was just beautiful in every way, very large with plenty of drawers, wardrobe, large comfortable bed, desk, large flat screen TV, excellent bathroom with shower over bath. Lovely decor. There is a bar/restaurant which is also fabulous with trendy decor and delicious food. The hotel was clean and the rooms well appointed and comfortable. This hotel was a reasonably priced and a good value for traveling to Quebec.

  The Chateau Laurier is a lovely clean hotel and very close to the Old City. The room was nice and roomy and the staff were excellent, polite and helpful. This hotel would be perfect for those traveling with children. We had a great stay!

  We liked everything about the hotel except the location. It wasadvertised as being near the town center. Since we are walkers, wethought we would be able to walk to the tourist areas we wanted tovisit.   Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time . We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too. The view on the old Québec.
