  Det mesta, särskilt bra att det var nära till U-bahn och spårvagn. - The locaton: at a walking distance from my daugter's University and home; very nice and quiet neigbourhood; exquisite buffet breakfast; kind staff. Everything was perfect, and the price. - Spacious bedroom. Nice bathroom. Quiet. Good breakfast. The air conditioning worked!

  Hotellrummet var jättefint och städningen var dagligen och mycket bra . Läget passade utmärkt, tog 1 minut till shopping gatan mariahilfer strausse och även till bahnhof för att åka in till inner stadt ca 5-10 minuter. Personalen var super trevliga och hjälpsamma i alla lägen. Är absolut helt nöjd med vår vistelse. - Perfekt läge, knappt fem min ... vad folk säger » gångavstånd till t-banan som tar mindre än tio min till stan/ centrala delen. Fräscht och trevlig personal som tömmer godisautomaten åt dig mitt på natten. July var den absolut trevligaste som tipsade om bra ställen!

  This apartment is centrally located for anyone visiting Vienna; convenient to public transportation. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The owner was most helpful in answering our inquiries (and his English is very good). There is a market just down the street on the corner and a bakery near-by also. There is a parking lot at the apartme... vad folk säger » nt that we left our car in for a nominal fee. The security and gates are excellent and an elevator is an added plus. - Very nice apartments. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere of the place, it was clean and well-furnished, we found all we need. Staff (Andreas) is very welcome and we quickly checked in. This place is good both for short and long trips. The apartment is very close to Karlkirhe, Opera house, Stephanplatz, Nashmarkt with restaurants, and shopping centers, metro station “Karlsplatz” is 2 minutes walk. Definitely we’ll come again!   A very clean, comfortable professional hotel. Typically what you would expect from a Best Western 2 to 3 star hotel. Very good friendly and helpful staff. It is very close to the Austria Center by U-bahn subway, recommended if you have business there. I noticed the room was exceptionally big! Spacious bathroom (WC separate from the shower). - The service, the price, the effective layout of the room and the easy access to utilize the internet. A subsequent stay at a Hilton really showed the value your hotel provided and the internet access was included in the room whereas it was an extra at the Hilton. Will be using Best Western more often as opposed to a Hilton. Their room was bigger but a bigger room was not needed by us.

  We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. Climate control was the best I've ever had abroad, with separate... vad folk säger » (and effective!) controls for the bedroom and living area. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  The space of the room (415) was impressive. It is like a small apartment. Two TV we could invite friends for a drink it was perfect. The breakfst in the room also perfect. A 5 star class for the price of a 4. Very friendly staff - The location of the hotel was very good. The breakfast was perfect and the staff was also very kind. Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.
