personlig service - The personnel were all excellent, the Hotel was a delight, the Suitespacious and well decorated and lovely new Bathroom. Stayed at the Sans Souci in mid-February for three nights.
Overall, an almost excellent stay.
Positives:
> Location: near museums, Volkstheater, U-Bahn station, Hofburg, and old inner city---all within a few minutes walk; be sure to check out the great little restaurants right up the hill in Spittelberg--staff will help

I spent a week in Vienna in November with my adult daughter and had a
wonderful stay at the Sans Souci. The staff was terrific. They welcomed
us warmly, patiently answered our many questions, and overall made our
stay very pleasant. The intimacy of the hotel appealed to us, and the
location was great. We walked to almost everything, and the u-bahn and
tram were at the doorstep for anyplace else. There are restaurants
nearby; we ate at the hotel-recommended Cafe Biedermeier twice, in fact.

New hotel with a great and beautiful design, by Matheo Thum. The room was great, with a very confortable bed, great pillows, a Nespresso machine - that it's always a great idea.
The bathroom was very clean and in a good size. Great robes and flip flops were a good welcome surprise. The staff was very nice and helpfull -

The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

All staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This includes everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and the two staff manning reception.
