  A very clean, comfortable professional hotel. Typically what you would expect from a Best Western 2 to 3 star hotel. Very good friendly and helpful staff. It is very close to the Austria Center by U-bahn subway, recommended if you have business there. I noticed the room was exceptionally big! Actually it was probably for 3 people (included some ki... vad folk säger » nd of sofa bed). Spacious bathroom (WC separate from the shower). - The service, the price, the effective layout of the room and the easy access to utilize the internet. A subsequent stay at a Hilton really showed the value your hotel provided and the internet access was included in the room whereas it was an extra at the Hilton. Will be using Best Western more often as opposed to a Hilton. Their room was bigger but a bigger room was not needed by us.

  Vi har bott på hotellet förut och kommer att återvända varje gång vi kommer till Wien. Vårt absoluta favorithotell av alla vi bott på. Mysig och gullig miljö, helt fantastisk personal, vi känner oss som gäster inte som kunder. Och frukosten.... Att man kan ha ett så stort utbud i ett så litet utrymme. Och läget är fantastiskt.   Fint och välskött hotell. - All staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This includes everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and the two staff manning reception. They smiled and greeted guests like they meant it. This makes a huge difference when you're a stranger to a country. The rooms looked clean and smelled fresh.   The hotel was in a good location, a short walk to the u-bahn and close a huge shopping strip. You can also walk to the main sites of Vienna which we did as the weather was lovely on our visit. The room itself was clean, the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of foods.   As we went to the Messe in Vienna, the place was perfect for it, we even went to it by feet and it took us about 20 minutes maximum. Also supermarkets to buy some food are in 5 minutes range by feet, same about restaurants, and just 15 minutes from the city centre by feet. It was easy to reach it also from the airport by train. Very nice surprise ... vad folk säger » was that they gave us even bigger apartment as we booked, it was clean and comfortable, with enough strong WI-FI and with a very comfortable bed and p - Position: perfect. Even if we had a pushchair, we could easily reach two metro stations belonging to two different lines (Taborstrasse-U2, Nestroyplatz- U1) in a few minutes. We could also walk to Stephansplatz in less than half a hour (and it was a very nice walk), and the Prater park is really very close (less than 15min walking). A supermarket (Billa) is 50 m from the apartment.

  Vi trivdes bra i vårt familjerum och hade lagomt med plats. Våra barn var sjuka under vistelsen och personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och vi fick bra service. - allting var bra förutom sängen och dusch stolen.
