  The service,the staff,the cleanliness.The atmosphere at the restorante was so good and the food so delicious.The music was perfect congratulations to the man! - What makes all looking exceptional for me is the “high level atmosphere” that is coming out from all that is surrounding you in the moment that you step in the lobby.

  personlig service - The personnel were all excellent, the Hotel was a delight, the Suitespacious and well decorated and lovely new Bathroom. There were freshred roses in the suite, and fruit and choc's arrived, another nicetouch. We dined in the Red Bar where the food was delicious and thepianist nice too. We loved the central position of the Hotel... vad folk säger » , and theCafe Sacher for light drinks and snacks. We had a very - The Top Deluxe Room was perfect for our romantic week-end: the decoration, the space, the 2 little Sacher Torte in the room... Moreover the location of the Hotel is perfect for discover Vienna by walk. Finally the personal was so nice with us. Our first experience in a luxury hotel will stay forever in our mind.

  great hotel, excellent and friendly staff, homey and individual atmosphere although belonging in a chain, wonderful and rich breakfast. Everything was excellent really, even the welcoming smell as soon as you entered the lobby.
