  The rooms are large, the beds comfortable and the staff very friendly. We had three glorious days of serious hiking, including a quick cable car ride up to 3210 metres. There was an excellent evening of Tyrolean music in the village. The food at the hotel was almost too much and it was great to be able to make one's own packed lunch at breakfas... vad folk säger » t. The spa facilities were very good, but hardly used by fellow guests. - Location, access to cable cars and bus. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Relaxed atmosphere. We booked half board but were not charged for evening meals not taken. Clean and well kept. Good bikes available

  Great hotel, everything was on the highest level! Hotel staff were really friendly and very kind & helpful. Breakfast was delicious, I think the best in Austria (open till 12-00). Modern room, big bathroom, everything is new and well equipped. there was even Nespresso coffe machine in our room! I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. - Excelent hotel!!! Nice atmosphere! Spacious well equipped rooms with huge balconies. Friendly and helpful staff. Great SPA facilities (pool and saunas). Location is perfect, few steps from city center but still in a quite area. Own transfer to ski area. Restaurant is cosy, breakfast and dinner is delicious. There was everything we needed and even more.

  My wife and I stayed here so that we could be in town. We've been to Ischgl 5 times before to ski, but had never stayed in town. The location is great! The staff will park your car for you and you won't need it for the remainder of your stay. A short walk out the door and you are on the people mover (tunnel) to the Fimbahn Gondola.   Very friendly and helpful hosts; they drove to the ski lift to buy a discounted lift pass for us - beyond the call of duty! My wife loved the pool and spa area, the room was nice well kept, breakfast was good, and the location was perfect - just a couple of minutes walk to the ski lockers/lifts, and restaurants. - There is a wonderful indoor pool... vad folk säger » . Our apartment was very clean and spacious. We could walk into town for the ski lift, restaurants and shopping. The owners are very kind and helpful. We would love to go back some day.

  Staff was great, except the guy who told us to leave spa-zone immediately after 19.00. The dinners were delicious, and selection of wines was also great. Otherwise SPA-zone was very nice aswell. - I liked the general friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff, and the thought given to the facilities provided.

  The staff were competent as would be expected but their warmth and towards guests and their sense of pride in the hotel really stood out. The food was consistently excellent. The spa facilities were very welcome after skiing. The arrangement of skis (brought to and fetched from the hotel) with passes at the hotel was also convenient.

  Flexibility in changing a room to meet our requirements. Claudia couldn't have been more helpful. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Altogether a very nice Hotal to stay at. - Beautiful setting and accommodating staff.
