  Freindliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff. Being small sized and fanily run it had a distinctive personality and we were treated as individuals not standardised units of consumption.   We stayed in the two/three bed-roomed apartment. The apartment was well equipped for our needs and very well situated just across the river from the old town. The member of staff that greeted us on our arrival at 10.30 pm was very friendly and accommodating. I say a certain degree as there were two levels to the apart - Stayed at the Apartments, single studio. Was spacious, convenient and overall a great experience; even had a bath and dishwasher! Hotel facilities include a free spa area with steambath / swimming pool / sauna that we liked alot; theres also a washmachine in the basement of apartments building thats free to use - bring your own detergent tho.
